Each letter tab is 2.25 inches wide by 3.25 inches tall

Bottom layer of banner is a repeating pattern of green, purple and orange card stock. Top layer is black card stock with the words ‘happy halloween’ cut out to show the bottom colour. The word ‘fucking’ is cut into the tab that separates the words happy & halloween.
